I’ve breastfed my babies in a variety of locales all over the US. With Bradley, my firstborn, I used a light-weight blanket when I was in mixed company or sitting in a public place. It gave me privacy—for a while. Once he got a little older, he wanted to see what was going on. He hated being under wraps! The whole ordeal turned into a big mess and breastfeeding was not very discreet.
Udder Covers: Nursing Cover Up
After I had my second born, I discovered Udder Cover. This is a nursing cover up a baby can’t pull off.
- The covers goes on around your neck, sort of like an apron.
- You can tighten or loosen the strap to make it most comfortable for you.
- The cover is made of a light-weight fabric so it doesn’t smoother baby.
- There are 14 lovely patterns to choose from.
- Udder Covers also makes washable breast pads and lactation bracelets that help you keep track of what side and what time your baby was last nursed.
I used my Udder Cover with my second born and then again when my twins were born. My Udder Cover has gotten a lot of use! If you prefer to have a cover while breastfeeding, I can highly recommend this brand.
Hey, Trisha! I agree, this is my favorite nursing cover of the many I’ve tried! I have a few to keep in the car, the diaper bag, and at home so I’m never having look for it! So sorry I missed you guys at the reunion! Loving this new website as I’m getting ready for number four!
I was hoping we would get to see you guys while we were down there. I hope the pregnancy is going well and can’t wait to see pics of the new little one 🙂
I love my udder covers. I had two when I was nursing. The styles are great and they washed up well
I have a couple too. I always kept one in the house for if company came over and one in the diaper bag. 🙂
